SHOW or PROJECT: Please include a brief description (no more than a page) of the project such as show title, royalties if any, production company, production history, press, etc. 3.) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: We have 3 performance areas at the Hub to accommodate small meetings up to 200 people. When do you need to load in? Will you be able to strike up on your final performance? 5.) CONTRIBUTION: As part of our mission, we want to support local arts groups to bring their projects to fruition. Like most arts organizations, we need financial contributions to keep our doors, open, but also understand some companies and organizations do not have the budget to “rent” the facility so we have many different ways to make it a success. We do many co-productions, barter/trade, cuts of box office, or even volunteer hours to help work at and enhance the Hub. Please propose what you would be willing to contribute. 6.) MARKETING: Please tell us how you plan to market your show. How many people do you feel you could guarantee per show? What would be your target demographic? If your organization has a production history, please let us know how well your previous projects have been attended and received. How can we assist in marketing to make it a further success? 7.)
ADDITIONAL & SPECIAL NEEDS: Does your proposal require any special
needs such as housing? Large set? Onsite storage of large equipment
